Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

We love our clients and understand that sometimes things come up. However, we do have a strict cancellation policy for all services. 

For mobile parties, a minimum of 48 hours' notice must be provided of any cancellation. 

For in-salon appointments, a minimum of 24 hours must be provided to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 

If cancellation policy is not followed, it will result in:

  • A fee of 50% of the scheduled service (not providing 24 hours' notice)
  • A fee of 100% of the scheduled notice (not showing up for appointment)
  • Lost deposit 
Before booking another appointment with us, the feed must be paid if not done so and prepayment may be required. 

Any prepaid packages or gift cards will be applied to the cancellation fee. 
LATE ARRIVALS
For clients arriving 10 minutes or later to their scheduled appointment, we will always try our best to accommodate you. But to avoid an inconvenience to our next guest, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
