We love our clients and understand that sometimes things come up. We do have a strict cancellation policy for in-salon services and a 48-hour policy for all mobile parties.
A minimum of 24 hours must be provided to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Not giving 24 hours to cancel an appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Not showing up for an appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
A credit card will be required by all clients to secure your appointment. Any prepaid packages or gift cards will be applied to the cancellation fee.
For clients arriving 15 minutes or later to their scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but to avoid any inconvenience to our next client, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
